REALTORS® are impacted every year by taxes, and both agents and their clients will benefit from an understanding of tax implications. In this course, participants will learn about the qualified business income deduction, write offs (cars, SUV’s, entertainment expenses), how to maximize contributions to retirement plans, tax savings from S Corporation status, and how tax changes have impacted homeowners, commercial real estate investors and residential real estate investors. This course is not eligible for continuing education requirements necessary for obtaining and/or maintaining a Real Estate License in Kansas or Missouri.
