This is a combination of both states; mandatory core classes.  See official course titles above.

If you only have one of these state's licenses, it will give you the credit you need for your one state.

This course is a requirement of license renewal as mandated by the Real Estate Commissions (the state regulatory agency that issues your licenses). Do not confuse this with the Code of Ethics course which is required by the National Association of Realtors every 2 years for being a Realtor member in good standing. The Code of Ethics course is NOT something mandatory for license renewal.

(If you are a Kansas broker, you must also attend the Kansas Broker Required course. See our schedule for dates, offered every 60 days.)
