Virtual attendees are required to have cameras on, with face visible. Driving, multi-tasking, phone calls, etc. are not permitted during virtual session. This course is approved for 3 hours of Missouri Elective CE credit and 3 hours of Kansas ELECTIVE credit. The condo and townhome market differs from selling single family homes. This course teaches realtors the unique laws, property types, forms and financing options relating to the condos and townhome market. Attendance: There is no "late arrival window" for CE classes. Late arrivals will be permitted to attend the class, however, will not receive CE credit. Electronics: iPads and other electronic tablets are permitted for note taking purposes only.
