This interesting, one-of-a-kind class takes you into the world of historic, aged properties. You’ll learn about the designations and regulations involved and what you should know before attempting to list or sell one of these special properties.

Attendance: There is no "late arrival window" for CE classes. Late arrivals will be permitted to attend the class, however, will not receive CE credit. Electronics: iPads and other electronic tablets are permitted for note taking purposes only. Please remember that “no-shows” without prior notice will incur a no-show fee of $30.
