In real estate transactions, radon testing and mitigation have become critical components to ensure the safety and well-being of occupants. This course will provide you in depth and very interesting study of the causes, ramifications, and mitigation for these widespread problems in the real estate industry. Taught by the Engineering Extension of Kansas State University, you will receive comprehensive guidance on navigating read-related issues in real estate transactions. Approved for 3 hours elective credit in Kansas and Missouri. Attendance: There is no "late arrival window" for CE classes. Late arrivals will be permitted to attend the class, however, will not receive CE credit.Electronics: iPads and other electronic tablets are permitted for note taking purposes only.
