Leslie Lowry is a Sr Mortgage Advisor with Fairway Mortgage specializing in First-Time Homebuyer programs for the last 27 years. She assisted with the development of the First-Time Home buyer class with past Executive Director of Missouri Housing Development Commission, Don Brinker, now retired. Leslie will provide the important information to REALTORS, both as sales agents and listing agents, to help build their businesses armed with the information and resources to be advisors to First-Time Home buyers, which currently makes up 40% of all buyers! The class will focus on Down Payment Assistance Programs available in the area of Kansas & Missouri and the guidelines to be able utilize these programs.

Attendance: There is no "late arrival window" for CE classes. Late arrivals will be permitted to attend the class, however, will not receive CE credit.Electronics: iPads and other electronic tablets are permitted for note taking purposes only.
