DescriptionLocationInstructors This course will satisfy the National Association of REALTORS® requirement to take a Fair Housing class between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2027 and is also the 2026 Missouri CORE Topic. This course is approved for 3 hours of CE credit in KS& MO. For Missouri licensees, this course will satisfy the 2026 MREC required "Fair Housing" CORE topic. Virtual attendees are required to have cameras on, with face visible. Driving, multi-tasking, phone calls, etc. are not permitted during virtual session. Upon registration, the ZOOM link will be located on the course card under "MY DASHBOARD" in your member portal. Virtual attendees who hold a Missouri license must complete the exam within 24 hours of class end time to receive CE credit. If you are dual licensed in both Missouri and Kansas, you must complete the exam. REALTORS® are committed to abiding by fair housing laws and the Code of Ethics.
