This course & luncheon are for KCRAR | HMLS Pittsburg Chapter Members & will be held at the Pittsburg Area Chamber of Commerce (117 W. 4th St. Pittsburg, KS 66762)will run from 10 AM to 2PM with a Pittsburg Chapter Member Lunch Meeting from 11:30-12:30 PM.

Course is approved for 3 hours of the 2024 Missouri CORE & 3 hours of Kansas ELECTIVE. (Please note that the 2024 Missouri CORE topic is "Fair Housing". The remaining 9 hours of MO CE can be made up of additional core topics, such as Code of Ethics, and/or elective topics.)

Sharpen your Fair Housing knowledge with this easy-to-understand yet impactful course that teaches attendees how to become an "Agent of Influence" in Fair Housing commitment and compliance. As a class, you'll learn the "Who, What, When, Where and Why" of the Fair Housing Act plus gain a better understanding of how you can provide more equitable services to clients and customers alike. This course also provides an insightful look into the future of real estate with an analysis of imminent changes in consumer trends and demographics, helping agents to stay relevant in their everyday business activities for years to come.

Attendance: There is no "late arrival window" for CE classes. Late arrivals will be permitted to attend the class, however, will not receive CE credit.Electronics: iPads and other electronic tablets are permitted for note taking purposes only.
